While most of the emphasis in rotary rule is placed on the cutting rule, the importance of the creasing rule cannot be overstated. An important factor in controlling the sheet as it passes through the diecutter is the creasing rule. Using a crease that is too high may result in cracked scores while a crease that is too low may create dimensional problems.
National manufactures a complete line of 4, 6, and 8 point rotary creasing rule. All rotary creasing rule comes with a standard radius profile, however, you can specify a square or a square with broken corners at no additional charge. We maintain a large inventory of all standard heights curved to fit all major rotary diecutters.
