National's exclusive Laser Crease is engineered to save time and money in two ways. First, Laser Crease enables you to burn or jig dieboard faster by eliminating the need to cut thicker lines when wider scores are needed. Laser Crease also allows you to alter the width of the score without having to go back and recut a line.
Made from the same high quality tempered steel as our standard creasing rules, Laser Crease will not distort when bridged. Laser Crease is designed not to separate during the diemaking and diecutting process. A list of all standard heights and profiles is shown in the chart. While the drawing shows the standard edge profile for Laser Crease, other edging options are available.
